It has washroom with 3 piece bath including shower also master bedroom has it's own en-suite washroom with sink and toilet, new large kitchen with dining area. Livingroom with TV and DVD player and A/C. Large deck with view of the sandy beach. Big cozy screened -in porch. This cottage is very close to the beach and the store.

Cottage Amenities: Store, BBQ Central Deck, Gazebos, Swing Futon, Large Hammock, Horseshoe Pits, Laundry with washer and dryer, Fire Pit, Fishing Docks, Boat Docks, Boat Launch.

Approximate Distance to Beach: 1 min walk "above the beach"with a great water view of the beach on Kennebec Lake

Beach and bath towels, tea towels, housekeeping supplies, garbage bags, properly fitting life jacket if you have one, flashlight, beach/lounge chairs, We supply with bedding except flat and fitted sheets if you wish to bring your favourite pillow or blanket do so J You might need extra fan and other personal items that you can't live without.
