  Tents and trailers rates:

$50/night or $300/week per tent, that includes all facilities that are available at the resort ( main showers, BBQ center deck, beach, fishing dock  and a lot more) Smile
$60/night or $350/week per trailer, that includes all faciilities that are available at the resort ( no hydro or water service)
Hydro $20.00 per day /Water $20.00 per day (No septic hookup) portable toilet is available.

WATER CRAFT RENTALS RATES  
Please note:                                          
·         Ontario law requires that each person in a boat have a properly fitting life jacket. Please bring one life jacket for each person who will be in a boat. While some life jackets are available from Springwood, they may not be properly fitting for all family members, especially small children.
·         Gas is extra for all boat rentals.

SORRY NO PET POLICY  

Pets are not allowed at Springwood Cottages Resort NO exceptions. 

 We would be more than happy to recommend a local kennel

EXTRA PERSONS

 For the comfort of our guests please limit your group to the number specified for each cottage. If you wish to bring an extra person, there will be an additional charge of: $25 per day or $150 per week for adults and children.

DAY VISITORS

To avoid overcrowding for our paying guests, all day visitors, relatives, friends and guests will be charged $25 per person per day or part day.  Please register your guest at the store/office before their arrival to avoid the charges being applied to your account.

Day visitor checkout: 10:30 pm

CHECK-IN & OUT

Summer check-in: from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm check-out: before 10:00 am

Weekends check-in: from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm check out: before 4:00 pm

Spring & Fall check-in & out times are more flexible

DEPOSITS 

$200 not refundable deposit must be submitted as to secure your cottage reservation.

$300.00 not refundable deposit must be submitted as to secure Luxury Main House or Log Cabin reservation.

$250 preauthorization damage deposit is required on all cottage and water craft rentals

Your authorization to use your credit card number for your rental deposit or security deposit indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions.

  
 Winter Wonderland Rates & Packages   
The winter months are a fantastic time of year to visit springwood cottages. We offer fully winterized cottages, throughout the whole winter. With plenty of great winter activities like snow shoeing skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing and much more. Within only a few minutes from Springwood cottages you can get access to the groomed snowmobile trails, with virtually endless trails of nicely groomed trails.
We offer comfortable heated accommodations, transportation, ice hut with propane and wood heat, all equipment and bait.  No extra costs, these packages are all inclusive.
