For the fishermen who cannot get enough in the summer, the ice fishing on Kennebec Lake is excellent. Springwood offers ice fishing packages that include comfortable, heated cottages, an ice fishing hut complete with propane or wood heat, tackle, bait, ice fishing gear, transportation and light lunches.
